Kimberley supports the caseworker and director with a wide range of immigration cases, including visa applications, asylum and protection claims, and work with vulnerable clients. She assists with client communications, case management, and administrative tasks, ensuring cases progress smoothly and efficiently.
As a qualified Paralegal, Kimberley combines professionalism with a friendly, approachable manner, providing clients with clear guidance and support throughout complex immigration processes.

Administrative Assistant
Imogen supports the team with the day-to-day administration of cases, helping to keep everything organised and running efficiently. She assists with client communications, document handling and general administrative tasks, ensuring each case is managed accurately from start to finish.
