A well-established, full-service law firm based in the Northeast are seeking the addition of Experienced Immigration Caseworker/Solicitor to join their busy team.

LOCATION: Middlesbrough
PQE: 1-year PQE and/or 2 years’ casework experience
SALARY: negotiable depending upon experience
THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Immigration Caseworker with upwards of 1 years’ PQE or 2 years casework experience. The appointed Immigration Caseworker will be working in a stimulating and challenging environment managing their own caseload of immigration matters to include both personal and business matters. The Immigration Caseworker will provide straight forward advice in relation to immigration rules and law whilst always maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client care.
The caseworker must be accredited under the Immigration Accreditation Scheme at level 2 and have either a OISC qualification and preferably have some experience of working within a legal aid environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Immigration Caseworker who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be passionate about this area of law and be willing to maintain your knowledge and skills in relevant practise areas, whilst keeping up to date with relevant legalisation and case law. You must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.
